Brian Carroll was recommended by a friend and as soon as he took a look at the project, he knew how to fix it. We found out that there was a spring under our floor. Water was pouring out of it and coming up through the old concrete floor. Brian and his crew were able to fix this problem along with recommending several other things to do for long term maintenance, such as installing a sump pump.
