"I called James at 7:30 on Monday morning. I explained that after the weekend storms I discovered a leak coming through the roof. James told me he could be out the same day. At 1:00 James called me and arrived at my home. He assessed the leak, took a photo to show me the problem and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. I've seen no leaking since then.
