"The brick walk itself was done well but it was the aftermath that was horrible. They pretty much destroyed part of my yard. This is when we were told that we would not even know they had been there. They said they would replant plants that they had to dig up for the projects. They were just thrown in piles in the beds. The worst part is the gravel all over them that they just covered with dirt. When I replanted the plants, I had to dig through 3-4 inches of gravel everywhere. The reseeding of the yard was a joke. It was tamped down from them walking on it and I have not seen one blade of new grass so I do not know what they planted. I requested a refund and they gave me a partial refund of what I requested. I accepted it just to end it and I was not going to write a review but the more I am out there raking up gravel and reseeding the yard, the more irritated I got."

"I had a very positive experience overall. Sara was absolutely wonderful—professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the process. There were some minor communication issues at the beginning, but these were addressed promptly and resolved without impacting the quality of service. One area for improvement would be the invoicing process. I expected to receive an invoice automatically, but I had to request one instead. Streamlining this step would make the experience even better. Thank you for the excellent work and attention to detail."

"If I could give them zero stars, I would. Bruce's crew is the most unprofessional group of people I've ever dealt with. They lie, do sloppy work, and then have the audacity to yell at me and call me names when I try to talk to them about it. They accused me and others of yelling at their crew members, but that's not true. I have everything recorded, and I'm going to share it with the HOA and other communities in the area so everyone knows what they're like. I suggest that if anyone looks for a company to do lawn care... look elsewhere."
