"They are on Angie's List. They are getting ready to aerate and reseed the lawn in the later part of October. They are scheduling with me for that. I had a conflict with the first date they gave me; so they have rescheduled. Everything is moving right along. So, I am very pleased with them. I think the price is about $186 for a month and it incorporates the cost of reseeding, aeration of the lawn, the chemicals that they use to treat the lawn and all that. So, it's $186 for lawn maintenance and all the other things that come along with that. My lawn was in a bad shape when they were hired and my lawn looks better now. I didn't expect miracles because I knew they had a hard time dealing with what they had to start with. So, I gave them a lot of flexibility because I knew that they were allowing the lawn to regain wherever it needed to be. So, they had a plan and I slowly watched what they were doing instead of saying anything. My lawn looks better now than it has been in a long time. It also looks a lot better than a lot of the neighbors. I am happy with their service. They are responsive to the issues and they contact me by e-mail if there is an issue. They were clearing a part of the lawn where they felt that there was a honey bee nest and the honey bees are protected. It turned out that it was a nest of a bumble bee. So, they gave me the contact for calling in a honey bee expert. They removed it and relocated to some new areas for preservation. The expert who came out was quite amazed that it was a bumble bee's nest because they usually don't create a nest in the type of location that they did in my yard. At the end of the day and with that level of professionalism, it makes it better than just having somebody come in and cut your lawn once a week. At the end of the day, I don't have time to take care of my yard and $186 is worth it for me. They had a tough job since the yard was in a bad shape with the summer we have had and not enough rain. Moreover, I am not the kind of person who likes to water the lawn. They are going to reseed and so, I will have to have it watered to establish a good foundation for the spring. If I have a problem, I know the guy who runs the company and I have his e-mail address. So, if I have to, I know who to go to. That to me is very important. I can probably get somebody to do it for cheaper. So far, they are doing a good job and getting my lawn back in shape. There is a progressive plan and I can see that it's working. I want the lawn to look good. They are also willing to do the landscaping and talked to me about some ideas that they have for improving the landscaping. So, that's another benefit to have somebody that knows what they are doing. They are very responsive. I got an e-mail about the reseeding date. I had a problem and they got back to me right away. They also sent a confirmation about the date of aerating and reseeding my lawn. So, I am going to contact them again in case I am traveling so that they let me know when the date was that they reseeded. So, I know that I have things in place for watering. I have contacted the company. They are very responsive. There are no problems with their punctuality. I did see progression with them taking care of the lawn and improving it. I am happy with them. I plan on continuing with them for a short term."

Mateas was on time when I called to get an estimate.  He was professional and friendly.  He said it would be done this week or next, and he showed up 3 days later, first thing in the morning.  His crew was efficient and did a great job!  Nobody was standing around and they left it just the way we hoped.  We've had to pay much more than this amount with other companies, and they always seemed to be in slow motion, griping, and not sending enough people to get it done right away.  Mateas had 4 people here with all the right equipment, including very powerful blowers. Usually we do the work ourselves, but the leaves get overwhelming, and sometimes we're out of town, so we need "lawn guys" for occasional help.  We've found them now. <br />"
