"Initially called a different company for a circuit breaker tripping... They wanted close to $600 dollars for a trip fee and to diagnose the problem. $600 bucks and the dude hadn't even yet touched a tool. The guy told me it would cost over $1,200 dollars to find the short tripping the circuit breaker. He said he'd have to tear into the walls/ceiling to follow the line to find the short and it would take 2 days. I sent him packing and paid only the trip fee. Then l hired CW Electrical Services. First off... Jon arrived an hour early and WITHIN 5 minutes located the short in an outlet in the laundry room. He was here at the house for an hour and a half and replaced the outlet, corrected how the it was wired in the panel box, and did a few additional things that needed addressed. I can't express to whomever reads this how happy l am with my decision to hire CW. Truly. My bill was $ 272 and all my problems were solved without some smackoff ripping me off while ripping my walls and ceiling apart. Call CW and hire these folks. They provide honest work and services."

"I hired Kloock's Electric to install a television antenna. They came out to do an estimate and we discussed equipment options. I decided on an antenna and amplifier and requested that they install the antenna strapped to a chimney. I received a quote for the work and equipment costs. They ordered the equipment and came out to install it when the equipment arrived. The install went well, and it was apparent that the installer had done this before. They were professional and courteous."

"Bob came out initially to see the location and provide an estimate.  I re-contacted the company 1 week later to schedule a time to get the work done.  I was able to get on the schedule within one week of my call so I did not have to wait very long.  I was given an expected time of arrival between 1:00pm and 3:00pm.  No one arrived and I did not get a call regarding a delay.  I called the company at 3:05pm and was told the electrician was still on a prior job and that they would call me back later to tell me when to expect his arrival.  No one called back but two individuals from the company arrived at 3:35pm.  Since communication seemed to be an issue, I re-confirmed the scope work with them.  Luckily I did that since they were going to install aluminum wire instead of the 6 gauge copper wire that had been stated in the electric vehicle outlet specifications I had given/shown Bob during the estimate appointment. The two electricians completed the job in 30 minutes.
I would use this company again because:
1. Someone answered the phone when I called to set up the appointment for the estimate. I did not have to leave a message and wait for a call back one week later as with other companies.
2. I was able to set up appointments within 2 days for the estimate and within 6 days to schedule the actual work.
3. The electrician(s) did what I asked after I reconfirmed the scope of work.
