The biggest change has been in the quality of the work and how they responded to every request without fail. I've never had anyone comment on 'how good your lawn looks' over the past 10 years. In the past two weeks, I've had several folks mention that "you must be doing something different because I've never seen you lawn look this good!" They also took their time in carefully trimming all of bushes and trees so that things never looked 'chopped' or broken up. I highly recommend Adam and the Grounds Guys team!"

"This company did my mowing and “lawn maintenance” for spring /summer/ fall of 2019. The plan was for weekly mowing, weed whacking a sloped area every 2 weeks, and doing some bushwhacking ( pushing back rough weeds from one property border) several times over the summer. First of all, the bushwhacking never happened. The weed whacking of the sloped area was done sporadically, although I was being charged for it every other week. At times this area was knee high growth before it would get cut. I started to hand write on their invoices what work was done and what wasn’t, and would adjust my payment accordingly. I started to take photos to support why I wasn’t paying the full invoice. I tried to contact them via phone, voicemail, text, and email. No one every responded. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone."
