"I had an appointment scheduled with Josh because water had been standing in my dishwasher when I ran it. The afternoon before this appointment water started pouring out from underneath my kitchen sink. Not knowing how to stop the water I called Pointe Appliance and they had Josh get in touch with me. Even though it was after hours and he was an hour away he arrived in a timely manner and immediately identified the problem. The issue was actually the garbage disposal that had recently been installed incorrectly. Josh was informative, kind, and helpful even cleaning up the water on my kitchen floor. I was and am very grateful to Josh for all his help. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again or recommend him to anyone."
