As soon as he realized that one of my requests (to have tall palm trees trimmed) could not be fulfilled due to equipment limitations, he notified me, reduced the price of proposal and found alternate options for me. All of the work is excellent and we are very satisfied!! We are using king kutz to maintain the lawn until we sell the home."
