"Took a month for the insurance, then after insurance sent a check, March 2, 2018 the roofing materials were placed on my roof. I waited until near the end of March when i called to ask that the roofing materials be replaced, due to the rain/sun cycle with the possibility for mold. Straus graciously removed the roofing materials and brought additional materials. The roofing was done in 1 day on April 2. The town inspectors failed the roof due to too many nails missing. Stratus sent several different crews plus one of their own supervisors to review the roof deficiencies. It was all fixed with a pass by the town inspector the first week of May."

"We called Arrys after our roof started leaking. We were brand new to the home and had been told the roof was relatively new. The guy who came out was amazing! He showed my husband how the nails were popping up through the shingles. He advised that we'd need a new roof sooner than expected, but that in the meantime, we could patch those spots ourselves if needed. He gave my husband some pointers so that we wouldn't have to call them every leak. Those pointers and that help was a HUGE relief to brand new homeowners. That was 3 years ago now. We've used their advice to hold on until we were able to afford a new roof. We are now on their schedule for a new roof in a few weeks. The sales guy that came out for that, Jeff, was absolutely amazing in explaining our options and what was needed. He came out in August, and then we had to delay the project. We wrote them back in May, and within a few days we had an updated quote and were back in touch with him. I will update/edit once the roof is installed, but the peace of mind this company gave us for the few years we had to wait is something we are so grateful for, and I would recommend them to anyone I know!"

"Roof and Fascia Repair Highly Recommend Roof Tech. Just had a fascia Board replaced and roof repair that caused the problem. Work was done by Roof Tech. Highly recommend them. Very neat, fast work. Good price and thorough. Darrell gave us a complete explanation of the needed work and followed thru. His guys who came were done in 2.5 hours and did everything they said. I mentioned another small item when they were here, not part of quote, and they handled that as well-no extra charge. I hope to not need a new roof for many years, but will call them first when I do."

"I can only comment on the customer service I received as I never got far in the process of having a new roof installed. I had claimed a deal on Angie's List for a new roof. A gentleman came out and said that our roof did not qualify. I understood and had no problem with that. I still wanted an estimate for a new roof though. He did take the measurements and said that the estimate would be sent to me. A week or so later I got a message on Angie's List asking if I received it and I said no. He asked for an address so he could take measurements. I told him that he already came out and did that. I guess he never found the measurements and/or estimate as I never got another response. All I can say is that the customer service part of this was not very professional. I can't put a review on here for the quality of work as they never did any work."
