And there was ZERO hint of the Office Scheduler feeling put out. That is RARE. For me it is. Through the process of the initial quote, the price, the followup, the numerous questions that arose from the engineer, contractor, myself, . . . Numerous - Denis not once failed to answer my call or promptly respond. Rare indeed. Ruben the owner is Kind, Communicative, Humble, Accommodating, Family Man. And he has put together one Heck of a Team. And ultimately, the hard work, and the Intention, the Attitude, the Care, and yes the craftsmanship. Concrete can be halfway done like anything else. And like a lot of things, A lot can be overlooked if One doesn't know or isn't aware. Homeowners Especially . . . It's the little things that add up into a **** Good Finished Product to stand back and be Really Really Pleased with a things such as this that can turn out a number of different ways. "When I initially contacted Clark Services, I had a smaller excavation in mind.  Joshua offered me the best bid of three contractors.  I decided to hire him.  When I told him that I would really like to excavate more of the property, but I couldn't afford it (based on the other bids), he offered some suggestions to keep the cost down and he gave me a reasonable bid for the full excavation, so I decided to go ahead with that plan.  He got started quickly.  He was conscientious about preventing dirt / mud from getting on the road.  He listened well and responded to any concerns I had throughout the project.  He worked long days to get the job done while the weather was good.  Before starting the project, I had found someone who wanted to buy fill dirt.  Joshua had the dirt delivered to that guy, offsetting the cost of the excavation a little.  Overall, it worked out very well; I will definitely consider Clark Services for future projects."
