"Initially the company had issues with their web site provider, so our original inquiry was lost. Once they realized the problem, their salesman called to apologize and set up an appointment. He came out personally to look at the lawn, along with the technician. They diagnosed the problem, and recommended several steps we could take (either on our own or by them) to improve the lawn. We decided to have them aerate the lawn for the fall, and then start a fertilizer program next spring (about $365 annually) to improve the roots system of the grass. Steve has been helpful and professional."

"Spring-Green did a fantastic job with my weed prevention and fertilization last year, however, this season was a completely different story.  On two occasions sloppy application of the chemicals burnt my lawn.   After the second occurrence, which was quite severe,  I faxed photos and phoned to terminated their services.   Reception indicated that management would be calling me.  I never received a call, but they did refund my payment for the first incidicent and did not charge me for the second.  This, however, did not repair the damage done to my lawn. Thereafter I received a letter offering 10% off lawncare visits it I were to reinstate.  I would not consider using this company again unless someone would take the time to view the damage and offer full recompense.  10% reduction on poor service is not worth the risk."
