Also, a piece of their machinery broke and he tried to charge ME for fixing it. I refused! That was not right! They were on time and got the job done. Reasonably priced."

I met Travis of Kustom Trim Tree Service early this spring, when his crew came out to fix the damage. They pruned off the branches that hung over my property and then pruned two additional trees in my yard. I realized the guy I had been using only â trimmedâ the trees which meant he had to come out more often, costing me more money. Travisâ crew properly pruned the trees and I probably will never have to address that issue again. I had some plans for my yard. His crew came out again and removed two rather large and rather dead evergreen bushes from my front yard. Another guy came out and ground out the roots. The crew returned again to mulch my yard. I picked out the replacement bushes and Travis purchased them through his greenhouse connection. The crew came out one final time and planted them. When all was said and done, the final job went far beyond my expectations and vision for my yard. I am just amazed and really pleased and satisfied with the job. My yard really has that â professionalâ look now. His crew is very professional and very personable. I enjoyed chatting with them and learned from them. He communicated any changes in scheduling and upon completion immediately ask that we look at the work and make sure it was completed as agreed. When there was a set of stumps missed due to a miscommunication, he immediately sent a team out to get them removed. Contractors today are not always focused on customer satisfaction or on integrity - Cody was. All work was completed as planned and on schedule."

"3 unsupervised teens were sent out. I showed them what I wanted done. Lawn and beds had a small amount of leaves (fall cleanup done prior)that required raking and use of a blower. They spent an hour and 20 minutes walking around with a blower and leaves, pine cones, and 2 plastic bags against the fence. Half the leaves were untouched, and the gate left opened. When I spoke to the manager about the incompleted work, she said I would have to pay for additional hours. The amount of work could have been completed in less time if they had done the work as instructed. I would not recommend this company. These teens should have had an adult to supervise the work."
