Not only that, he is great at communicating throughout the duration of the job and was available directly by phone. When I had urgent questions I didn't have to go through a call center and wait two days. He picked up immediately and was quick to offer solutions. On multiple occasions, he drove over to my house to check on a leak (that was chimney related and installed by another company) just because he cared about our well-being. All at no charge to us. "A&M Roofing were great. Dave was diligent and patient in his approach to getting our roof and Portico replaced. He responded to multiple callbacks (representation with insurance company, initiated by me) and after about 3 months of waiting, was able to get the roof work done in a couple of weeks. For the portico, the only surprise was that once work began, i was told that railings need to be removed for them to do the work. That was additional cost that i had not anticipated (had to get a handyman to do it) Overall, i would recommend them to anyone getting any roofing related work. Thanks to them again."

When done it was "like it never even happened"- no trash, etc. I really like the warranty as I plan on owning the house for many more years. A quality, professional job at a reasonable price. "Tom was a great partner for this project. He came out right away, and was consultative in his approach. He walked me through the failures in my current roof, and even did a quick repair to stop the leak that was the reason for my initial call. They had the old roof off and the new roof on within a day, and the new gutters went up the next day. Looks great!!"

"I had a bad leaking after recent rain. The ceiling dropped and the water was everywhere. There were rain for several days in the forecast. I called my roofer friend and left several messages. Searching for top roofer in the Angie's list, I either got text said total roof replacement only, or the soonest appointment would be 2 weeks after. This guy Steve from Roofer 911 replied me within 30 minutes and came the next day at 10:30. He went over the problem area with his detector and let you know which part of ceiling were wet and possible source of the leaking. He did his estimate at my drive way and sent the paperwork through email. After I signed the contract, the workers showed up at 13:00 the same day and finished the work at 16:30. They documented what and how they did the fixing by taking pictures. The whole experience was so smooth and eased my anxiety. I will call Steve for any future roof jobs and will recommend Steve to my friends. I wish he had other talents like plumbing and repair air conditioning."

"At first everything was OK but within a month or so the leak moved to another area not far from the original leak. Aaron came back a second time and applied more sealant. After the next heavy rain, however, there was still a leak. I called again and they sent another guy out to take a look. They came back one more time and sealed a larger area on the roof. That so far has seemed to do the trick as I haven't seen any water for several months now. <br />"

"I knew I had some sort of leak in my roof because the ceiling drywall was starting to bulge in my upstairs bathroom. <br /> I contacted 3 roofing companies through Angie's List. The first two immediately told me how much repairs would cost, per hour. With the first company, I would have to wait about 2 weeks for an appointment. The second company was vague about when they might be able to do the work, and said they would call back. They never did call back. <br /> When I contacted the third company, I spoke to Bill and he said he could come the next morning to look at the situation. No mention about the price at all. I thought, "Now this is the way it should be done. Look at what needs to be done, then provide an estimate." Bill got up on the roof and looked at one of the exhaust seals and said it was definitely cracked and dry rotted and needed to be replaced. He explained what would be done and came the next day and did the work. I didn't need to be there when he did the work. <br /> He did a good job and the price was reasonable. I was relieved to have the problem solved before the cold winter months set in, with snow on the roof. <br />"
