"Dave was great from the very beginning. He called us back right away every time that we called him. He came over several times to give us a quote and explain how the fencing worked. I was impressed that he worked on any day of the week that he had to to get the job done and work around his customers' (our) schedules. The price was very fair (we had gotten other quotes) and we were happy with the end results. We trained our dog, and called Dave several times to get pointers. He also offered to come back if we needed him to, to help with the training. I would recommend Dave and Hidden Fence of Western Wisconsin to anyone! He is a very hard and conscientious worker. <br />"

"We had three trees removed from our property. Two, 60ft cedar trees were 20 feet from the house, and one large birch that was on located a hillside surrounded by mature pines and cedars. The crew from Dave's Tree Service arrived promptly, confirmed the trees to be removed, and safely navigated the equipment and removal of limbs near the house and power lines. They also asked what size limbs to leave behind that we would use for firewood, along with logs cut to firewood length. They were professional and courteous, and even asked if we wanted help stacking the cut logs for drying. They raked up the brush and wood chips, leaving the wooded area cleaner than when they arrived. Considering the challenge of removing the trees close to the house and the multiple equipment set-ups required to do so safely, the price was very reasonable."

"This was fantastic, Darrin came to our house in the rain to dig the fence, this was very helpful so I didn't have to take another day off work. He was very efficient and he really knows the collars and transmitters for the size and age of the dog.  <br /> My dog was a puppy when we first put in dog guard and we have had to switch out transmitters as she has aged. Darrin helps you through the whole process and makes sure your questions are answered completely. He even sends you a yearly battery re- order card so you don't have to worry about finding replacements or contacting dog guard. I would highly recommend Darrin and the dog guard product! You will be glad you did:) <br />"

FAQs for wood fence repair projects in Amery, WI

The time it takes to install a swimming pool fence varies depending on the project's complexity. A simple installation can be completed in about two hours. However, if your project involves concrete work, regrading, custom installations, or challenging terrain, it could take up to two full days. Each additional factor increases the labor and time needed to ensure your fence meets safety standards.

Yes, installing a lock on your pool gate enhances safety by preventing unauthorized access. A self-closing, self-latching gate with a key-lock mechanism provides strong protection, helping to keep children and pets safe. Securing your pool gate adds an extra layer of security and offers peace of mind when using the pool area.

A pool fence requires a specific height to secure the pool area. In most states, the fence must be 48 inches tall; some regulations require 60 inches for enhanced safety. Checking local building codes guarantees compliance with these height requirements. A taller fence strengthens protection and improves the overall security of your pool area, ensuring it meets stringent safety standards.

Mesh and tempered glass are among the safest pool fencing choices because their design and smooth surfaces make them resistant to climbing attempts. They provide consistent, rigid barriers that prevent unauthorized access to your pool area. These materials ensure optimal safety for children and pets. In addition, incorporating a pool safety net further enhances protection and addresses additional security concerns, ensuring that your pool remains a safe environment for all users.

Pool fencing requirements vary by local, state, and federal regulations. In most states, installing a pool fence is mandatory for safety and insurance purposes. Ask your pool fence pro for local regulations or check with your local planning department to understand the specific height and design requirements for your area. Complying with these regulations ensures legal compliance and enhances safety.
