"I've never seen it not happen - contract a repair or upgrade job and during the preparation stage of removing the old stuff, unknown problems crop up that require a change in what needs to be done to accomplish the repair or upgrade. Sure enough, additional old concrete had to be removed to get the job done right. "blue spruce trees were carry over from prior year, so they survived one season in burlap, as we wanted to plant them early before the new trees came in. <br /> We had trouble getting prior blue spruce trees to live there, so this was the 3rd round of planting. I let them do it to get the warranty on the tree. The prior tree from home depot was in expensive, but didn't survive and I had to return it for warranty on it. the first tree was planted professionally, as well, but didn't survive. <br /> Any way, these two trees were smaller, say 5' tall, in an effort to get them to live. They did an good job planting and staking the trees, and so far the trees have lived. So I am happy. <br />"
