Robert, the owner and operator, arrived at the beginning of the time window and worked hard for 3 hrs on my carpets. He did a deep clean, hand scrubbed the recliner and some of the more stubborn carpet spots and then did the regular steam cleaning. His prices were more than fair for the amount of time and effort he put into the cleaning. I highly recommend"

After getting quotes from multiple vendors, Hew's Carpet Care responded immediately with an excellent price and recommended we allow him to come out and clean the rug in a bay in our garage to save us money. He was prompt that afternoon and deep cleaned the carpet to pristine condition! He then set up commercial blowers under the carpet and ran them on high all night ro ensure they were dry.
