"The gentleman arrived to evaluate the job and submit the cost of repair on the date we requested and at the time we scheduled. We were given options on ventilation, and newer fans. Explaining the difference in costs for each item. Varieties of different shingles and colors to choose from were shown to us. Professional, friendly, accommodative to our pets. At the end of each day they were very through in cleaning all debris from days work. No evidence anyone had been around our property. Our gracious neighbor allowed the usage of her driveway, and the crew were very thoughtful in making sure her property was cleaned each day. Choosing this company was based upon their integrity, honesty, with no hidden fees. Continuous effective communication between the staff and all involved with the roofing process, creating a smooth transitions when something unexpected came up. Last day a complete final inspection allowed, both contractors and resident to ensure the work was completed to everyones' expectation, before payment was given. Their service in the future would be used again for our needs. Details of the process of reroofing were explained each day, so that we were aware of what was being done, as this was our first experience with a roofing company and we are very impressed. <br />"

"We used this company to re-roof a single-family home in Ashland, converted to a rental in the summer of 2011.    <br /> Mr. Minter and crew originally came to our attention during the purchase negotiation for the property, when the original owner used them to counter our higher-cost roof replacement bid. Our agent agreed that Minter and company were both low cost and high quality. <br /> In the summer of 2012, when we were ready to move on the re-roofing project, I called for a bid adjustment.  <br /> Over the phone Mr. Minter adjusted his bid by less than 5%. He directed me to the web sites for material selection and by the end of the day we had a contract and scheduled the re-roofing for the very next week.    <br /> They arrived when they said they would, interacted with our renters in a friendly, informative manner, completed the job within the estimated time, left the construction site reasonably clean, and billed exactly what they estimated.    <br /> From the perspective of an out-of-town property owner, this was an excellent experience and I recommend them to anyone in the Jackson county area.   <br /> I have since visited the work site and walked the roof. We’re especially happy with the color and look of the Malarkey material suggested by Minter. If I had one improvement to suggest to the crew, it would be that they left a few staples and cut bits of shingle loose on the roof, and those would likely make their way to gutters or lawn."

"Chris is very professional and his workers are great at their job. His prices are good. Once he got the custom made windows in his shop the install went nicely. My ONLY complaint is that he is so busy that it takes so long to get him here to bid the job. then 2 weeks for the windows to be built. After all the waiting his guys get here and professionally install the beautiful new windows. If you can stand the wait Mitchell is the ONLY business to call for windows an/or doors. <br />"

"We began the process calling contractors and no one had time or would return our call. I called Forrest Construction and spoke with Lindsey the Owner and explained our situation with our bathroom and floors. When others had no time Linsdey made to come over that day and look at the bathroom to see what was needed. Due to damaged walls, sub flooring and showers walls/tile that water had got in behind a full gut and remodel was needed. Impressed with his communication, price to do the remodel and make it 100% better than what we had there was no need to look any further. Less than 24 hrs later Forrest Construction was at our home and completing repairs in record time and honestly exceeding our expectations on the entire process. He completed the job sonner then promised and left us with our dream bathroom my entire family is thrilled with. We were so impressed with the service we received we had Forrest Construction add new vinyl windows to our entire home and also a new sliding back porch vinyl glass sliding door with all new trim inside and out making our home look even better and save us a ton of money with heating our home now having better and modern windows. "Mr. Haas identified problems in our roof installation and issued a report. He suggested re-install and steps that we should take to get it done. It was a long process that involved county and DPOR. Mr. Haas was very helpful every step during the entire process. He is highly experienced and very responsive to our calls, text, and email. We eventually got the roof reinstalled in a very good quality. Mr. Haas was onsite multiple times to ensure the right materials and methods were used. It would not be possible without the help from Mr. Haas."
