"Rick was great to work with from start to finish. He came out, gave a very reasonable quote, scheduled the work, and completed it exactly when he said he would. Great communication, great work, great experience. This is the company to call if you’re considering an epoxy floor."

"Dan Mardan Knows Cement! He and his crew did an excellent job! They removed all old concrete and even widened my drive as requested! They took out my old garage floor without any issues, added an extra deep front footer, releveled the floor and added a nice larger drain, The driveway was removed, widened and finished perfect! It looks awesome! Dan worked up a quote and recommended some adjustments that made this project come out great! I had several contractors give me quotes, Dan's questions and insight made me trust that he knew what he was doing and could get the job done. I would highly recommend you call Mardan Cement if you want your project done right! Hardworking & Professional-FIVE STARS!! Thanks Dan!"

"The process went pretty smoothly. Anthony was responsive and came to my house to go over the details. Because of the recent rainy weather it took some time for the work to be started/completed, but that was expected. The repair work was completed quickly, and the finished product was excellent. I would definitely hire Anthony and his crew again."

"We used Weeden Waterproofing in September of 2013 to repair a bowed basement wall and some questionable waterproofing/drainage issues on a home we were buying at the time. As this was our first home, John and his team were incredibly courteous in explaining the situation, the structure of our home, causes, and how they would remedy our problem. It was much less a ‘quote’ as it was a quick lesson in Foundation School to understand how the most important part of your home, works. <br /> <br /> As work began, I remember thinking in my head that our house would look like a war zone, and in some cases it certainly did with a large hole dug around our foundation; but the crew was incredibly clean. They set out planks to keep machinery from digging into the lawn, they removed bushes and planted them back in when they were done, and the inside of the home was also kept clean, and free of dirt and construction debris. <br /> <br /> We were on a limited time frame through our bank, but John’s team made that deadline, with John himself finishing the last few pieces of the work to keep the bank happy. <br /> <br /> After work was completed, John continuously answered our questions regarding how to properly care for our home’s basement and foundation. On a few occasions he’s even offered to stop over to the house to explain things in person. <br /> <br /> If we needed any work done to our home that fell under John’s area of expertise, I don’t think we would even get quotes from other companies; a great professional and just a great guy to do business with. <br />"

"A Truly Outstanding Concrete Company..... I have owned a commercial and residential real estate company in Lakewood, Ohio for over 50 years and I am completely impressed with Evans Concrete.... They are very price competitive...their work is exceptional...they did a large new concrete pad and parking area very professionally, at a reasonable cost, and on time... The owner Seth Evans is a hands on owner who takes pride in his work and and keeps his promises both in timing of the work and the cost . Evans Concrete did an exceptional job...took no short-cuts...and went above and beyond in making sure he met my expectations.... Their work was done on time...they cleaned up after every days work...they made sure to keep me informed of the progress...and their cost was less than other companies whom I priced... I would highly recommend Evans Concrete for all your concrete, parking area, driveway, foundation and waterproofing needs..... I would also recommend them for Snow Plowing ...If you use them I am sure you will get your monies worth .... and more."

"I decided to sign with Gangale Concrete because of the positive reviews I read here on Angie's List. Frank was very prompt to respond to my request for a quote. I felt he offered a fair deal and he seemed trustworthy, so I signed a contract and was given a verbal agreement to have the work done in July or August of 2019. That didn't happen. Finally, on Sept. 25, after several attempts to pin him down on a date, the concrete was poured. I understand that setbacks happen, but Frank's communication was very minimal throughout the entire 5 months, after signing the contract. He only responded when I initiated contact. I never "bugged him" beyond wanting to get a time frame. It was frustrating to the point that I thought I might need to get legal counsel. I was not home at the time the actual work was done but Frank called me to ask if someone was home to give him the balance of what was owed (half of the full price). I responded that I wanted to see the work first. Frank obliged and we set up a date for him to return for the balance but he didn't show that day. The actual work was what I hoped for and the patio is acceptable but the clean-up was minimal. (A chain link fence that had been partially taken apart was not completely put back together, some trash was left behind and, worst of all, quite a bit of wet concrete had splashed onto the siding of the house that was not wiped off.) Also, part of the agreement was that Frank would replace an original sandstone step covering that had to be removed prior to the concrete pour. He said he would return in 2-3 weeks, once the concrete step had hardened enough. I had to reach out to Frank twice, asking when he would return. I never got a reply, so my son and son-in-law eventually replaced the step for me. Frank is a nice guy and, like I said, the work was acceptable. But I can't recommend Gangale Concrete because of my poor experience with customer service."

"Avoid the headache of calling the other concrete driveway/repair guys in town and just call Vince. He came to look at my project the same day I first called. He was able to do the job a week or so later. Showed up when he said he would. Kept me apprised of the progress. Cleaned up well. And his price was squarely in the ballpark of the other guys. No worries, no problem."
