They came out, assessed the issue quickly, and didn’t try to upsell me on a whole new roof when I didn’t need one. They matched the existing shake composite really well, which was something I was worried about, and the repair blends in seamlessly. You honestly can’t even tell where the work was done. They were on time, professional, and cleaned everything up before they left. It’s hard to find contractors who are straightforward and take pride in the details, but these guys do. "From start to finish the majority of the interaction with power home remodeling was pleasant. William our salesperson was amazing and he taught us a lot about windows and insulation. We waited over 6 months for our front door but our windows were installed on time and we are pleased with them. We had a few hiccups along the way and communication could be improved upon but overall it wasn’t a bad experience. They did do everything within their power to rectify the fact that we had to wait so long for our door. FYI if you are getting windows replaced go with power home, the install went well and the installers cleaned up after themselves. If you are getting doors replaced and you need them right away you may need to shop around to see what the wait time is because you will have to wait awhile. However I will say that the door is of good quality and the installers that installed the door did a great job"
