"Dave was the estimator and his crew came on time to complete the work as agreed. The work was done fine but by the end of the job and also end of day, the crew did not clean up very well. I had roof tile pieces and debris all over around the house. It took me quite awhile to clean up. I'd mentioned this to Dave and he immediately asked if he can send the same crew back tomorrow to clean up, but I've already cleaned up. A few days later, I noticed a cap from one of the pipe from the roof was blown off and I don't think it has to do with the prior roof work. I'd asked Dave, if he was in ever in the neighborhood to stop by and put the cap back on. He didn't hesitate and did that. The experience would be a perfect and quot;Aand quot; if it was not for the cleaning up issue. I think this company does try to go out of their way to please the customer. "We have a 4,300 square-foot roof. They arrived promptly on a Monday morning. All old roof materials were removed by Tuesday afternoon. Necessary repairs were made and the entire roofing process was completed by Thursday afternoon. All scrap and extra materials were removed daily and trailers and materials stored neatly and out of the way each evening.
