He was incredibly patient and understanding, making sure that I had everything I needed to have the issue resolved. The estimate process was a breeze, and Mike promised to handle everything from start to finish, including the final step of cleaning up. True to his word, the tree removal was completed quickly and efficiently, leaving my yard looking pristine. I was also blown away by Mike's extensive knowledge and expertise in the field. We were concerned about anything landing on the neighbor’s property and not a thing fell onto the neighbor’s yard. Brenda, who came out to give the estimate was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. we had power lines that ran through the tree and she organized everything, not once, but twice due to a major storm and PSE had to cancel. You couldn't tell a tree was just cut down. The next day they came and dug the stump out and within a hour a cleanup was done and off they went. Very professional"
