"Had old fluorescent lights.  This company specializes in replacing those old lights with new LED lighting highlighted by a new, finished, more up to date look along with a crown moulding trim. <br /> These guys KNEW what they were doing.  The job went perfectly and came out great. They had TWO rooms to do (kitchen and pantry) and finished in one day.  Left the house cleaner than it was when they started.  Couldn't be happier with the service and the finished product.  All in all, a wonderful experience. <br />"

"We were recommended by Gary Hart, Hartscape Company complete landscape construction to contact Andy de young first to design and provide full drawing for our entire new front yard, driveway, waterfalls, lighting, tiered water fall, seating area, specific trees, specific plants, color theme we wanted and specific placement of pillars and our address. We lived here for 31 years and ready to invest in our front yard to enjoy for many years to come. So we called Andy. Andy arrived on time and was extremely pleasant and professional. We shared with him the life style of entertaining, friendly, colorful, seating, meeting many families in our front yard and wanted it inviting and welcoming, he asked questions, took photos, and said it would take about 2 two weeks to have the design prepared. To our surprise, Andy call within one week and came back to meet with us and sit down together and go over the entire design and explain everything to us. Andy drew up a very creative design that addressed all of our needs in a design we could never have conceived by ourselves. He then drew it to scale and labelled everything. I made some changes whle we were together and he went back to his home office to make the changes and sent us a copy email the next day. I called Andy and he returned my call. I asked him if he could print out two copies of the updated design to keep and share with our family and neighbors. Andy stopped by our house two days later to deliver us two updated copies. Great service and always on time and such a professional. It was worth the investment for us. We sent the design to our landscaper Gary Hart. I have also heard from many neighbors, friends that his designs were among the best and they hoped they could be the ones to bring them to life. The bottom line is this: Andy is extremely talented. He does exactly what is expected with a creative flair that is unique. He is easy to work with, likable, and 100% professional."

"Roman, the owner, showed up right on time. His two man work crew was right behind him. They planned the lay-out of the lighting fixtures and got right to work. Roman gave us some expert advice on installing the remote control as opposed to a wall switch. His advice really helped us make a decision and we went with the remote control unit in the ceiling fan. The crew was very professional and helped move all of the furniture in and out of the living room. They laid down a huge drop cloth that covered the whole floor. They completed the job in a very timely manner and left our house neat and clean. We will definitely contact Roman again at Advanced Electric in Simi Valley, CA for future electrical work. P.S. his prices are more than fair."

"The electrician arrived a bit early, and was fast, clean, and efficient doing the installations. He cleaned up after himself, and showed me how to replace the light bulbs in the new light fixtures. The finished work looks great. This is a very old house and he really respected the spirit of the place (which hasn't always been the case with workmen here.) I am so happy with this job and I am definitely keeping their business card."

He arrived on time and worked within the time frames discussed beforehand. "Sunshine builders planned and designed our outdoor living space and executed it after we approved all the changed and modifications so it will fit exactly to what we wanted to have. At first, we honestly didn’t think that we can get all what we wanted under our budget because it was just too many things in one project. The project that we wanted to do, included a 2 levels patio with space for full BBQ with dining area, sink, refrigerator, counter top and a large stone fire pit with seating area. More than that, we added some plantings spots by building a plats pots, a new grass area, LED solar lighting fixtures, a new driveway and more things. Peace of Mind just finished installing battery backup for the Solar Panels they installed five years ago. I will not write the same things that most people have already written. From Josh at Peace of Mind Electric, I got the best price with better panels. Several years ago, I watched his team install solar on the house just below mine. What I saw was a very professional group of young men that knew what needed to be done and did it. The job was 40 panels split between the house and patio roof. House roof panels were flat but the patio installation had to be angle-mounted in order to get the most from the sun. I was impressed and asked for a card. He said, "Call the boss last he will beat anyone." He was right--a better price with high-end Panasonic panels. If you want journeymen electricians that truly like working together, call Josh at Peace of Mind Electric. He can beat the others for two reasons; he keeps his profit margin lower in order to keep his crew busy and he isn't paying the thousands of dollars for the advertising you hear on the radio.
