"The workers arrived on time and got down to work quickly after I explained my areas of concern re the sofa. One area really looked bad and they started the work but then after a while they told me it was going to be difficult and they might not be able to do as good a job as I might be pleased with. They continued working on the rest of the sofa but one of them continued to work on the stain. It is an off white sofa so everything is noticeable. After they finished they showed me the completed job. The stain was barely visible and after they explained that perhaps some kind of dye from fabrics might have rubbed off onto the fabric of the sofa, I knew they were right. The sofa is used constantly, especially that area and it had not been cleaned in about 5 years. It is now clean and looks beautiful and the stain is not really noticeable. I would absolutely use this company again and recommend them highly."
