"After several failed attempts by a couple of other companies, they solved our mouse problem. We had a problem that we weren’t sure whether it was mice or rats or squirrels as well as occasional ants and insects. They found the holes where the critters were accessing the interior or our walls and fixed it. I’ve continued to use them when I needed pest control. I’m very sensitive to some other kinds of product. They are ecologically friendly. I have very positive feelings about them. I’ve been very pleased. They were thorough and whatever they did was very effective because the problem ceased to exist. That was what I was after and what I paid for. Give them a chance because other places use materials that have a potential to be poisonous or create allergy problems. Things happened pretty quickly once I made contact with them."

"Landsystems provided us with 4 City Baskets in the flowers and colors requested. We found out that an extra basket was prepared for us when we checked on the order in early June to let them know we'd be out of town for two weeks and requested a later delivery date. We had ordered 4 in the past, so decided to just accept the extra one for this year. <br /> When they were delivered, one of the city baskets had dead flowers in the middle. All the blue lobelia were dead. We were advised that if we watered them, they would "come back." That didn't happen. I stopped by for some other products for my yard and informed them that they hadn't "come back" after watering for two weeks. I was advised to remove the dead lobelia and install new ones. They gave me two free new lobelia that were not in the best condition. After looking closely at the dead lobelia in this city box, I concluded that it would be damaging to the other flowers to remove the dead ones and try to plant new ones. So I put the lobelia somewhere else in my garden. <br /> Next year we'll again order City Boxes, but will limit it to 2 boxes only. They are mostly knowledgeable about horticulture and care of plants, but with some omissions here and there. They are always busy, but professional and courteous. <br />"

Our commitment to going "green" with lawn care goes beyond simply using emission free equipment. There are steps we take to help our customers create and maintain a beautiful lawn naturally. Yes, we do things a little different around here, the tools we use are 100% carbon emissions free! The latest technology in battery powered equipment has now made it a viable option for professional lawn service companies to use alternative equipment to do the same job with zero emissions. What a concept... no fumes and considerably less noise while providing at least the same quality results and (with the cost of gas) most times a better price!\nFor one time, weekly, or bi-weekly rates call for a free estimate. Estimates are based on lawn size and present condition. Go green Bend, and get a 100% satisfaction guaranty with Back 2 Green lawn services! We love what we do... and it shows in everything we do :)

"I called Chester to do lawn care and maintance. I had a big issue with there billing, but mainly his staff came to service and maintain my lawn. I was dissatified with the service because they kept cutting my lawn, but they weren't weeding it. Eventually I contacted another company to come over and do the work correctly. I didn't think it was fair to keeping getting billed when I was not happy with the work the staff was providing. I contacted Chester about my issue and he was willing to give me back my money. At least I was refunded."
