He was able to remove stains that other carpet cleaning companies told me were permanent. When I first contacted MCC Services, Rich asked me a ton of questions about what I needed to have cleaned, the type of fabric of my items and what the stains consisted of. I thought at the time, what have I gotten myself into? But that just shows the level of care and pride he takes in his work. He also wants to make sure that he brings the right equipment/cleaning products along when he comes out to do the job. I could not be more thrilled with the results! After getting quotes from multiple vendors, Hew's Carpet Care responded immediately with an excellent price and recommended we allow him to come out and clean the rug in a bay in our garage to save us money. He was prompt that afternoon and deep cleaned the carpet to pristine condition! He then set up commercial blowers under the carpet and ran them on high all night ro ensure they were dry. He picked up the blowers promptly the next morning, making sure we were pleased with his work. It is great to work with such a professional! "They did an excellent job! There were a lot of spots on the carpet before they cleaned the home. Once finished the spots were non existent and the carpet looked as it did when we had moved into the unit. You can tell they take pride in the work they do from the transformation of the carpet. "Good communications leading up to the cleaning day. Very punctual. Cleaning exceeded expectations - several rug stains that we could never remove were taken care of. The only slight/small complaint would be the amount of water left on the rugs resulted in us having to go over the carpet twice with our own vacuum...not a big deal, though. I would definitely recommend this company to others. Work on upholstery was excellent with most stains removed from white love seat and two white chairs."

"This a great company. I think they called the same day that I contacted Angie’s List looking for area rug cleaning. My contact was Christina, who was very helpful and just all-around nice throughout the whole process. We set up an appointment date and time, and I was sent email and text reminders so I knew exactly when the technician, Dave, would arrive. Dave was great too. He cleaned the area rug in our condo with minimum disruption. Our condo is pretty far from the parking area and he had a hose that made it inside. Dave is also very nice, so nice the we requested him for another carpet cleaning a week or so later. Both carpets were thoroughly cleaned. I believe the pricing was fair and competitive with other companies doing this kind of work. Next month I will be calling them again for duct cleaning."

One had a wine stain on the fringe and you cannot even tell there was a stain. Both rugs look like they are brand new and are almost 40 years old! Danny is very professional and knowledgeable about oriental rugs. I thought the price was very reasonable. I strongly recommend this company."
