They over seated into all of our planting areas and we have been trying to remove that grass for years now. We finally explored other options and found a company that we really like. We had been paying an annual and did not renew our program with them. They came out and provided one more service without our authorization. For two years, they hounded us for $62. I tried repeatedly to contact someone to resolve the issue and to get them to repair the flagstone that they damaged. I was met with Unruh returned, calls, avoidance, etc. they finally turned it over to collection and now I have that to deal with. Avoid at all costs!"
