"Started off a little rough, his nail broke on another job and I had to wait a day or two beyond when he was supposed to start my job for him to get it repaired. No sooner did he get his nail gun repaired and his Uncle passed away so he had to go out of town for several days for the funeral. I waited on him because we had negotiated a good, fair price for the double gate and he came highly recommended. Things happen, life happens! His work was worth the wait! Two days before expected install date contact was made to confirm the material delivery and actual install date. All aspects of process were as expected. Roofing crew on-site on scheduled install date. Throughout the install constant communication was had between job supervisor, office coordinator and us the homeowners. Roof is completely installed; wind mitigation report for insurance was provided as part of contract price and delivered within 48 hrs of job completion. High marks all around."
