"With the exception of 1 1/2 windows, excellent job. The "cons": Appointment was made 5 days in advance. The night prior to the appointment day, a voicemail was left at 4:50 saying that they were changing the time from 10 a.m . to 2 p.m. Since they were closed when I got the message, I had to rearrange my afternoon appointment and activity to accommodate them. Fence gate was left wide open when cleaner left; I have 2 dogs who were in the back yard while he was cleaning (as well as inside when he was inside). At the time I made the appointment, I learned that a deposit equal to 1/2 the estimated charge was required at that time. I also learned that, regardless of how few windows, the minimum charge was $195. Although the cleaner did a nice job, including cleaning the screens, the office's changing of the appointment time late in the day before was very inconvenient and, I though, inconsiderate. For that reason, I probably will go with another company next time."
