"Jason was quick to respond. Very professional. The most thorough roofer we have ever dealt with. He explained every aspect of the repair and was great to work with. I would highly recommend to anyone."

"As rainy season begins I unfortunately noticed a small leak in my roof. I reached out to a few companies with either no response or a week+ wait time for someone to come out. I reached out to New Era Roofing Concepts because of their great customer ratings across multiple platforms. Eber answered immediately and was at my house within two hours to take a look. He provided me with a fair quote and the next day when I called him to confirm he had one of his guys, Junior, out in less than a Day. Junior did great work patching the leak and repairing the tile. He was very professional. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be reaching back out to them as needed in the future."

"We had a few leaks in our roof and found J&K on Angie's List. Mike came out to give us an estimate and, after talking with him, we felt so good about his knowledge and expertise that we agreed on the spot to accept the estimate and get the work done. Just a few days later we received a call that they were ready to start. We had two valleys and a spot above a window repaired. Kevin and Don were amazing. It was 90 degrees on the ground, so I can't imagine what the temp was on the roof. They removed the tiles carefully so as to reuse them and took great care to clean up any debris. They kept us informed every step of the way and were very cordial and friendly. We were very impressed with their skills and work ethic. Now we are ready for hurricane season with a roof that won't leak. Would definitely recommend J&K as an honest, local business with fair pricing."

"Quick response and scheduling for my roof repair. They fixed the leak and took photos of the completed work. Very professional."

"I was contacted by Patrick Hamilton within 24 hours of my request. The next day he inspected my roof, in need of broken, cracked and missing tile repair, provided an estimate that evening and was able to start and complete the job the next day. The estimate was clear and covered the scope of work needed in detail. I did not have my tiles and was assured that the tiles used would be a match. Mr Hamilton provided photos of before and after. This job exceeded my expectation. It was wonderful to work with such a professional company and comforting to know Hamilton Bros. Roofing can be contacted for any future repairs. Thank you Patrick for such great service!"

"Juvenal showed up on time, explained my options to me regarding repairing my roof leak. There was no pressure and although I had other estimates, I went ahead with Alco. I’m glad I did. My roof is fixed; I’m confident in the work done, so much that I’m having them fix the roof on my shed too. I recommend Alco without reservation."
