"Dreadful. Don't know what happened but they've hit bottom this last year. Killed plants and half killed a tree with weed killer, didn't replace month after month, and the weeds remain. Left a half trimmed tree for a month. Promises, promises, no results except BS then no communication. So, we gave up and fired them like all our neighbors. Now we're paying a large bill to someone else to fix the lawn, fix the tree and plants."
