"I contacted Field of Green Lawn care in 2014 for fall clean up and it was scheduled for mid-November. Unfortunately at that time work was not done because of the early snow we had, I was upset with them but understood of factor beyond their control. They contacted my actively with onset of spring and offered their service. They came over did a evaluation of weather they can do it in March or not and looking at condition came back in april to finish the job. Very pleased with service. 
Communication is a challenge, but end result is spectacular.

"We have used this company before and called them back because they do such a good job.  they came out and gave us an estimate and were very quickly available.  They have always been on time and very professional.  The day they came to do the work, they showed up on time and got to work quickly.  They take special care not to damage any of your yard or garden areas by the falling limbs.  After cutting off the limbs, they cleaned up the yard and packed up and were gone.

"It was not as well. They needed time with doing work-up for the plans. We tried to hire them to actually come and do some work. They just kept putting us off. Finally after the second or third time, I just decided to go with somebody else. There were no additional costs. It was a big job and they never showed up. It took them a while and they were backed up. It took them 2 or 3 weeks. They were just too slow in responding."
