"Straight Line put it new Fence after original was damaged in tornado in Feb 2018. They did a great job it seemed but some of the boards were warped started bending more after. They originally told us it was a bad batch of wood. They said they would replace the boards. Then crickets. So I put a review on Facebook they got in touch and asked us to remove the review and they would fix the Fence but because it was covid and things were on back order it would take a bit. I understood this and was patient. I was blocked on Facebook from commenting or messaging. So I couldn't get back. Tried to call no response back. The boss himself gave me his word he would take care of us to please take the review down. My mistake was taking it down before the work was done. It was all lies they never came back. My Fence is popping and looks like crap till this day. Avoid this company they only want your money they do not care about the customer."

And his employee Joe is also a piece of work. When my wife asked for his cell number his response was "No, I don't want to be bothered by clients." And after paying several hundreds of dollars, our grass still has several dry spots. And they don't know how to set the irrigation timer accurately."
