"Called and Kevin, the owner, called back about an hour later. He was very accommodating to fit the time I needed the service. On that day, I called about 15 minutes before the scheduled time and was affirmed that the service would come. Within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, a person came with professional equipment in a truck. He was very friendly and reassured that he would ensure that I was 100% satisfied. I asked him to clean the carpet underneath the staircase which was for storage as well. He offered to do that free. The price he charged me was at the lowest end of the range of the quote I got from KevinThe job was finished within an hour. I was led to inspect and he volunteered several spots that still showed minor marks. Overall I was extremely happy with the service for the price I was charged.
