He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). "The first time I called the person who answered the phone only said hello, so I had to ask if I had the right company.  He scheduled me an appointment right away and quoted me a price of $125 as an estimate.  I had to ask for details, like if I had to move furniture and how long would it take.  He offered no details unless I asked a specific  question.   I had to call a few days later and change the date, and they were very accommodating.  Plus the second time I called they actually answered with the company name.  The second call was a lot better then the first.  Gave a few more details.   They were late showing up but they called and stated they would be an hour late.  The 2 men who came were great.  We moved about 95% of the furniture out of the rooms they were cleaning.  It took them a little over 2 hours to clean (very dirty carpets that were 18 years old and had never been cleaned).  After they were done our carpets looked amazing.  They looked brand new.  We were so impressed.  Before they cleaned them we actually thought we would need to buy new carpet.  Now they looked brand new again.  The guys told us it would take 4-6 hours to dry.  They did such a great job, and it took lots of water, it actually took 2 days to dry.  We put half the furniture back, but on plastic.  They also put a treatment down to keep them from getting dirty again, that is why the price was higher than the original quote.  <br>I would recommend this company to anyone who needs carpets cleaned.  I would recommend you get a morning appointment.  Ours wasn't until 5:00pm.  They did move the furniture we left on the carpet and even put plastic under it, so you don't necessarily need to move all the furniture out. "

"They showed up for estimates and the work when they said and did a great job all around.  The new tile fits perfectly around all the edges and the diagonal placement of the tiles is fine.  Decided after their estimate to replace the toilet with a clean sided model, and bought a new OVE one-piece at Menards.  The plumber they hired found that the screws from the floor were the wrong width for that toilet.  We have a 1956 home with cast iron pipe for the toilet, and he showed me to my satisfaction with a tape measure that its adjustment range did not overlap with the new OVE toilet, so we immediately drove to Lowe's and got a new clean sided toilet.  The plumber finished with the sink install and waited while we got the new toilet so he could finish the entire pluming job on the same trip. No extra charge to us for the time he had to wait.  We are very happy with the flooring, the flooring installer, and the plumber that Randy's picked. <br />"
