Eventually, I ended up using Jose's contracting services for a renovation of the interior of the house. The services included electrical, plumbing, tile flooring and shower replacement. "Mr. Walid and his wife were really friendly. The exterior paint job from a distance looks good. However, there are several places where the old paint comes through or there were not painted at all. In addition, there are several paint runs and drips. Furthermore, places like windows, door handles, siding, gutters, driveway, patio floor, etc. have visible paint spots. The clean up after the paint job was poor and requires additional work on my husband and I. When I contacted Mr. Walid with my concerns, he was prompt with coming back and doing touch ups. However, even after the "fix" the majority of the issues remained. With all the areas missed, my husband and I will have to do a lot of touch up painting to the first story of the house. For the price we paid and based on the reviews and personal consultation, we expected a lot better quality than was delivered. I would like Angie's List to offer place to upload pictures."
