"Most everything was completed as expected. The lead did a good job directing, however she may have loss track of one of the cleaners. The garage side of the basement was not swept well and the glass block window was not cleaned of cobwebs nor washed. Sarah the lead needed to do this after the walk through. The top perimeter of the bathroom window was left with a 4? black smudge which I easily cleaned. Also, the chest in living room was not dusted on the side rims. The kitchen which was cleaned by Sarah was cleaned to perfection. Kudos to Sarah. The oven and racks sparkle! All the workers were friendly and sweet. If anything, I would say perhaps have an additional cleaner to free Sarah up to do more supervising. I am using this company one more time and would use them again after that if the need arose. ------The owner came out and addressed any deficiencies. Now I am completely happy."

"Would rehire in a minute. Removed and thoroughly cleaned our screens. Cleaned the window wells. Wiped the trim as necessary. Informed us of hard water marks from sprinkler system; used a special product to really clean those windows. Mark loves his job and it shows. While we enjoyed talking he kept working. "With the house empty of all the furniture it was obvious that carpet cleaning was needed before we listed the house for sale. The technician upsold me on deep cleaning which double the price. The deep cleaning consisted of spraying an additional product on before the actual cleaning. As I watched I did not see any extra effort around stains or high traffic areas. When finished I could still see all of the stains and traffic patterns we had hoped to eliminate. They were lighter but still there. New carpet is being installed in a week. I feel the carpet cleaning was a waste of time and money."
