"From initial telephone contact, to actual Move, Mr. Steven Keblin (Owner), and his Staff were professional, respectful, courteous, friendly, and patent. As former Military, having experienced some Nightmare Moves, I was very cautious about moving after accumulating 16 years of household items. Steven explained the entire Moving process, the Basics and estimated costs for manpower and man-hours. While normally an inventory of items is performed online, realizing my concerns (especially Damages to non-replaceable items as has happened in the past), Steven sent Derek, a Moving Team Leader to evaluate my needs onsite . Derek was excellent, spending precious time assessing everything. With my previous unpleasant experiences, Derek agreed to add a third man to his Team. In the end, a 3-man Team was more effective and efficient. The Team Members included Derek, Gary & Chris. This expert Crew was so efficient and methodical, it was a pleasure to watch as they carefully prepared and wrapped all my furniture and boxed items. Throughout the Move, they were always friendly, positive, and accommodating. Finally, with all items safely in my new abode, there was no unpleasant surprises: No Damages, credit was given for a short timeout en-route, and the final cost was very reasonable. "Excellent! "Swift Movers" (and owner Jeremy) are WONDERFUL!! They did a lot of prep work with the new condo building -- getting insurance certificates and needed paper work and information to the management company as needed prior to the move. When moving - they worked very hard and were attentive to our requests! They arrived on time and were in contact as they were in route. While loading their truck they didn't waste time and keep it all going and moved us safely and in a timely manner. We had lots to move from a second floor condo (yes there were steps) and then a storage unit and they did it all. We moved to a new larger condo - on a sixth floor - thank goodness for the service elevator there. Part of moving is being ready for your movers - and as ready and organized as we were things still needed attention -- and they were on top of it! Kudos to a great group of movers -- a GREAT company! "I contracted with David at Fast Moves for a full load out and move from our apartment in Tampa to our new house in Cedar Key. David custom-built a service plan for me that included a very economical charge for the overall distance (120+ miles), and included our numerous large house plants and ferns. Our new home is on stilts, and the crew had to negotiate two sets of stairs to get our furniture in. This occurred on July 13, so it was very hot and sunny, plus being up in the islands, it was full of mosquitoes. The crew did outstanding, despite the hardships. Our move went flawlessly, and I can only admire the professionalism and dedication of the crew. Outstanding job and I would recommend this company any time."

The mover showed up when promised, made sure all our furniture was wrapped for protection, explained every procedure to ensure safe delivery and made the whole experience 1000x less stressful.
