"They did a great job from when I was researching generators to the complete installation of the Kohler generation by Premier Generator. Paul was very helpful and informative. They communicate with you about when things are going to be done, they clean up after every step and once the installation is complete their job is not over. A technician come for the final step of going over the system completely to make sure you understand how to operate the system and that you are comfortable doing so. They also tell you to call with any questions, any time! The customer service is unbelievable - no matter who I have spoken with, from the owner, to the technicians and of course the wonderful office manager Jean! Thankfully we haven't had to utilize the generator but the weekly test is security to know it is working and will be there when we need it. Thank you everyone at Premier Generator!!!"

"The process was slow initially as I had to interview several HVAC before finding 3 who were willing to do the work. One was priced much too high and I didn't like the initial proposal of the placement of lines. Another contractor didn't fill me with confidence and they are part of a company that split off with different franchises (I believe). NETR's contact person, Russell, who evaluated the project was open to the idea as well as followed up with technical advice as this was a nonconforming application. After several reviews by NETR personnel and outside engineers to make sure there was enough airflow for the compressor, where and how to run the lines inside the loft; I had my carpenter build an aluminum box which took time as it was custom-ordered of sheets to be build on premises. After it was setup, NETR took over, evaluated the box, re-reviewed the plans, and subsequently sent 2 very competent techies. The job took 3 1/2 days which was fine with me. The last day a 3rd technician replaced one who had to go over to another job. They were polite and answered any questions I had. They left the place in clean condition. The system lines looks very nicely put together, works beautifully, cools the condo very nicely (remember 23 5' high windows w/plenty of solar gain). They subcontracted an experienced electrician who's expert workmanship convinced me that I will use him for future work. Terrific company who's customer service is conscientious and with good follow-through. Their abilities and experience revealed themselves in this application and I'm very grateful that they wanted to try out this nonconforming application as the only options left to me were window ACs which I find unsatisfactory, and in the bedroom impossible to sleep with while on. <br />"

"I would hire Christian for any home electrical project! He was prompt, polite, extremely knowledgeable, and walked us through the entire process! He made sure that we understood what he was doing and called after the project was done to see how everything was working. He is extremely knowledgeable and Has a way to make sometimes that complicated seem easy to understand. He even wrote down some notes for us and stapled a receipt to his notes for us to keep. He is meticulous and pays attention to each detail. I have recommended him to many of my friends. We would hire him again, without a bit of hesitation!"

Kyle estimated the job, provided a written estimate and we agreed on a date (we needed a weekend and they were more than accommodating). Kyle and his partner Shane, showed up on the date, on time, answered any questions my wife or I had, and explained the whole process to us. They took roughly a half day to complete the job. Both areas (inside our basement and outside along the house) were as clean when they finished as they were when they started.
