"Top notch white glove service all around. We hired Pro Express Moving with little notice as our new home in Florida become available a month early. Scrambling to find time to pack, Pro Express suggested to do the packing for us and honestly, it was a blessing. We worked out a timeline where we handed them the keys to our home in NJ the day before the move and we stayed at a hotel. We stopped by late in the afternoon on the day of the move and were pleasantly surprised on how perfect the packing of our things was. We left them and got a call from Pro when they were finished packing. We came back to do a walkthrough and everything was done better than expected. They scheduled the delivery to Florida per our timeline and arrived aas scheduled. They unpacked everything and it all arrived without a scratch. The managers and workers are super nice. "We contracted for a three man team. Men were exactly on time, called ahead to let us know they were ten minutes away, arrived with all their dollies, mats, boxes at the door ready to work. They couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. At the new location (not an elevator building), there were some barriers that made it impossible to move dollies, so the men (Nick, Alex 1 and Alex 2) moved each box individually down the steps without a word of complaint. They assured us that it was fine. The entire move went easily (for us), swiftly, and amazingly pleasantly.
