"I had Allen's Tree Service come out to remove a large tree branch that fell on and into my pool. They had a large crew, and removed the limb quickly. I was impressed with the steps they took to prevent my pool from getting any additional damage. They also skimmed the debris off the pool cover, and their cleanup had the yard looking better than before the branch fell."

"Communication was poor. Work was done over three days, but the team would show up and leave without any warning or notification. I was right inside the house. Equipment was in our driveway while they worked, which was reasonable, but it would have been nice to be asked about that first, because it meant my car was stuck in the garage the whole time. (I suppose, to be fair, communication was pretty poor with almost all the people we contacted about quotes for this job.) They didn't even notify us when they were done, just mailed an invoice. A message about wanting to pay with credit card was not returned, finally found out they don't take credit card, even though it shows they do here and on their website (they did apologize for this). As for the work itself, they did a decent job removing the tree. They damaged a plant in the front yard and made one or two deep divots in the lawn, but that's probably to be expected. They ground out 95% of the stump and hauled away the excess mulch. Ultimately they got the job done at a competitive price during a busy season, but they won't be our go-to providers for future work."

Jimmy came out to do the quote, we walked the property and he told me exactly what would be done with each tree.   I appreciated this as the other companies I contacted came out and did a walk around and left the quote and did not know which trees I needed service on. I was not aware when they actually did the quote.  One of the estimated was for almost 3 times the amount of Jimmy's quote.

Jimmy did the actually trimming and his crew was great to work with.   They did an excellent job on the trees and everything was cleaned up afterward.  Their price was very reasonable for the work they did.

His quote was very reasonable and he was able to grind my stump down right then and before I could get my Venmo account setup! On that note, have your Venmo account (or cash) setup prior and know where your utilities are and Levi will have your stump ground to a nice mulch pile in no time. "iI obtained 4 estimates, this was the lowest.  On the 23 they contacted me and said they had a cancellation on could and could do the work that day. I gave my ok.  The crew worked frm @ 10 to 6 and came back the next day to complete the work.  They removed all the wood and debris .  They even removed a dead limb  in an old redbud  tree  that was not part of the original estimate.  They were very professional  in their conduct.
