Finished the job the following week with a half day of work. Called with an issue regarding a GFI switch. They were out the next day and determined that the issue was with the Christmas lights not the electrical wiring. Nick was polite, punctual, and cleaned up after himself. In fact, out of four companies to which I requested a consultation, they were the first to respond and the easiest to work with. They charge $65 service fee, regardless if the call is for quoting or for performing an actual job, but unlike others, they have fixed prices and charge for the job/project, not hourly rates. We set an appointment, they came and explained the service and provided a quote, then we set a date for the repairs. They arrived on time on both occasions and called first to let us know they were on their way and to provide ETA. They did a good job and explained what they were doing and after the work was done, their warranty. I will surely use their service in the future. P.S. They have a membership service option. For a monthly fee they can waive the service charge (saving $65 each time they come) and do a house inspection. It also provides subscribers with a discount over their price list. I would recommend this if you live in an old house with a lot of little details to fix (like ours)."
