Brad initially came out to meet for the quote and he was very professional and informative on what we could do with an outdoor gazebo in terms of getting a fan installed and more lights as well as options for potentially installing a tv. They still owe me approximately $250 for some duct repair that was required due to them not supporting the duct they worked on adequately. Since our conversation stating they'd reimburse me for the rework, they've since shut off their phones and I have not been able to get in touch. All-in-all, it was an okay experience but the end has left me bitter."
