"On April 5, 2024 we received an estimate from M&H preservations for $2500 to replace our front porch steps. We agreed to this amount and we were then told that Matt would get in touch with us when he was able to do the project. On May 2, 2024 the steps were started at that time we paid half of the $2500 due. Due to rain delays and other projects for M&Hpreservations the steps report roughly around May 7, 2024 at that time we paid the remainder of the 2500. When the steps were being poured we were at work so my sister who lives across the street gave Matt the check. When Jeff got home from work of course he noticed the steps and what a great job M&H preservations had done then he noticed the sidewalk next to the driveway had been damaged. With a cement truck poured the steps the driver drove on the sidewalk causing the sidewalk to crack into several sections and creating a small valley where the water now puddles. It was early June when I contacted Matt to tell him about the damage and what could be done to fix it? He told me that he would come by and look at the damage never heard anything from him so about a week later I try to contact him again at that time he told me that he hadn’t gone by the house. He also told me that he didn’t know who the truck driver was that he needed to talk to. I tried a third time to contact him no response. By this time I was done with him and I let Jeff talk to him. Just got in contact with Matt and told him that the cement truck damage the sidewalk and what could be done to fix the problem.Matt once again told Jeff that he would have to get in contact with the driver. Couple weeks later Jeff try to get in contact with Matt spoke to him about the situation and at one point Jeff even offered to help. Now it is September and with winter right around the corner our sidewalk is still damaged."

It’s now a cool garden feature since one of the crew kindly offered to wash it off and haul it over to one of the garden beds! The terrific crew were so efficient that the work was completed in under four hours. You literally cannot see where the trench was dug. Last night, we had a gulley washer rainfall. My neighbors probably thought I had lost my mind standing in the street in the rain in the dark with a flashlight—but it was so great watching the rainwater pouring out of the new drainage pipe ? The entire experience with the folks at Rogers felt like I was working with family. Just amazing. I’m so happy to have found a trusted company to turn to if future foundation/ basement issues arise.
