Some never returned our calls and some were too busy to do the work within our timeline. I finally contacted Patrick from Florida’s Best Lawn & Pest. He said he was available to do the work by the end of the week. I had a contract from him within the hour and he had a guy out by the afternoon to spray the old grass. As promised his crew (Zach, Oscar, Elmer, & Matt) arrived early Friday morning and got the yard prepared for the sod. The sod arrived shortly thereafter and the yard was completed by early afternoon.
