"I had no idea who to go with for our new roof. It seemed after the crazy hail storm everyone was getting replacement roofs. There were as many contractors cruising the neighborhood looking for the roofing job as people that lived in Allen, TX! They were everywhere. What to do? I called my insurance company, State Farm, and asked my rep who they would use. I knew if my insurance company trusted them I could. Lon Smith Roofing is what I was told. You have to trust somebody and I surely wasn't going to give the job to some company with out of state plates and no reputation. I had a great experience with Matt the salesperson handling everything from the start with the insurance company and adjuster all the way through until the job was complete. Mario was the foreman and he actually knew a lot more about getting the work completed correctly than anyone I've met before. 5-Stars and I would and have recommended Lon Smith to my brother who purchased a roof from them and another house we have was completed by them which is a rental unit near by. "We just had our roof replaced by Platform Construction and Roofing, 817-776-0302 Truly the first firm that were 100% honest, transparent in costs, timely in communications and did excellent work. Top of the line materials: shingles, and gutters. They reworked and stopped a roof leak on our screened in porch that the original installation company never could repair. They did a power wash of our cedar fence and restained. It looks brand new!! We enjoyed getting to know our Project Manager Desmond and his boss Ryan. A recent visit to my home by Bob Nankervis @ T Rock Roofing made me understood their business values are driven by: Customer Relation/Focus -Be honest, reliable and establish sustainable relation with customer -Do not oversell-> Fix what really need to be fixed- nothing more. As a new home owner this worked very well solving a recent roof issue at my home at DFW area in which Roof Mount Attic Cover blew off due to strong winds. I was checking about this to my neighbors and was cautioned to fix it ASAP and I started working with roofing company's to get an assessment; 1]Linear Roofing Conveyed that there is roof damage and resultant leak due to recent hail in the area and asked to fail a insurance claim and work with them for whole roof replacement. I personally checked the roof to the best of my ability and did not see striking signs/ indication to convince me that roof is ready to be replaced, but I am not an expert to conclude that, so I was still with more questions and concerns. 2]Dwell Roofing and Exteriors Provided an estimate of $450 to replace the roof mount unit with free addons like seal, paint screws, but confirmed there is no Roof Damage / Leak to be worried about. They conveyed Roof Mount unit part will cost $250 and reusing the old vent cover may not be the best idea, but If I decide to do it they can fix it for $425. So a overall diff of $25 replacing the "whole unit" versus reusing the "old cover". Honestly, I didn't not understand the math. At this time I was still concerned about who's word should I go with, so checked with T Rock as suggested my friend; 3]T Rock Roofing Bob Nankervis from T Rock Roofing inspected my roof and conveyed that there is NO roof damage due to hail/wind and reused the old vent cover and fixed everything free of charge. What I was impressed is not free of charge, but his politeness in explaining my roof condition-> what may be the reason for existing some wear and tear and more importantly the care he showed towards the customer. I was convinced and was truly ready to pay $$$'s and checked with him about service charge- but he refused conveying that he just have to tighten few bolts and simply cannot charge for that. At this point, I knew who should I call/recommend next time when there is a roof issue."

"Russell was by far the best contractor we have ever used. Had a roof leak with some hail damage. He came by and looked our roof over and gave us a quote. Also looked over the interior of our home and was able to get our insurance company to repair and paint our ceiling also. He and his crew were at our home within a week. Had the roof done in one day. Gutters were done the following day. Excellent work. Extremely happy. Russell is a really personable man also. Easy to talk to and he will give you multiple options for your needs. We really really trust him. We did have some hail this last year and I asked him if he would come do an inspection. He was there the next day. No damage. "I hired Juno Construction to knock down a load bearing wall and turn two rooms into one. Carlos and his crew did an excellent job. There is no way of telling that a wall was ever there. The ceiling texture, paint and flooring matched perfectly. These guy know what they are doing. I also hired them to help me put a new roof on my house. They inspected my roof and found storm related damage. They helped me throughout the whole insurance process to get it approved. They installation was fast and clean. I love the final product.
