"They are excellent. I will always use them. I'm very satisfied with their work. They are clean; they are neat, and they're professional. They make me part of the solution too. The responsiveness has always been good. They are responsive, but they try to work with me in the time frame. Depending on my schedule, and their schedule they try to accommodate my time frames. The punctuality when they are early they are on time and when they are on time they are late. They always come about 5- 10 minutes early so they're always on time. They are very professional. When I call up the office to the people who get here. They always call the day before and then they call like an hour before to tell me they're on their way. They are good about that. Everyone I've spoken to seems to be knowledgeable in their field. Everyone seems to have good experience and if they get a challenge they seem to know who to call to get answers. It flows very smoothly. It is a good company."

"October 2013 was the second time I had Dan from American Drain Cleaning & Plumbing do work at my house.  The first job a couple years ago was to replace the shutoff valve on the line to the outside hose bibb.  The second time (October 2013) was for the 3 jobs listed above.  Both times the work was done professionally and in a timely manner.  Both valve replacements were done with higher quality parts than the builder had used.  After the initial installation, the shower needed adjusting to run hotter and getting that done took a single phone call, and it was done the next day.  So I would say American Drain is responsive to calls after the primary job is done.  The cost for the 3 jobs in October 2013 included the hardware & labor. Based on experiences I have had with other plumbing companies in the area, American Drain Cleaning & Plumbing is more reasonable.  I would recommend them and plan to use them in the future.
