"James did an excellent job cleaning the major red wine stain on our carpet. I had tried to clean it with a spray product but the stain came back. He went over it three times with different products and the stain is gone. He also cleaned five other areas. Also, although I didn't ask him to, he cleaned the carpet in my laundry room which was pretty bad from spilling liquid detergent. My plan is to replace the carpet but now it looks almost new!"

"Heavy rains made their way into our basement through an open basement window. Ruined basement indoor/outdoor carpet and padding as well as wall area beneath the window. I called John Apke and he promptly returned my call. He was able to come over ASAP, but it wasn't an emergency, so I had him come the next morning. He showed up when he said he would, surveyed the situation, discussed it with me, and set up some dryers and dehumidifier to begin the process of drying out the carpet, padding and drywall. It took about ten days to completely dry out, and John came by at least three more times every few days to check progress throughout. He was always punctual and professional, talking to me about any residual mold and mildew and how he would approach it. I felt comfortable with John's expertise and he seemed just as concerned about fixing the problem as I was. I thought the cost for ten days of his time and equipment was reasonable. I'll not hesitate to call John if it happens again. Just be aware that you as the customer will be responsible for any repairs after he has restored and dried out the basement - to carpet, or baseboards, or drywall, etc. I highly recommend John Apke if you end up with a wet basement. He is friendly and very responsive."

"I had two stains on my 100% wool carpet myself and others have not been able to remove. One stain was plant run-off, and the other an oil-base spill - likely from manufacturer. Keith was able to remove the oil stain that showed up only after grand children were here for a couple weeks. AND he removed most of my plant run off. I'm sure he would have been able to remove all the run off if I"d called him first. ! will be using Widmers next time. I am thrilled and recommend Widmers."

"What a great experience!  The company was very flexible in terms of varying from their offer of 5 rooms of carpeting plus hall--we had three rooms of carpeting, an area rug, and 14 stairs plus landing.  They did it all for the same extremely low price.  Some of our carpeting had spots that no other company had been able to remove but they are completely gone now--we have no idea how it was done and don't care.  We are just very appreciative.  Extreme care was taken with our wool area rug and potential problems were explained in detail.  Mr. Othman is extremely accommodating and knowledgeable.  We will no doubt look to him for all of our carpet cleaning needs in the future. <br />"

"Excel did a very good job of cleaning our carpet.  The carpet had pretty bad stains and it looks great now!  He did a much better job of cleaning it than any other carpet cleaning service I had previously used.  He put a lot of elbow-grease into it, making sure he got every stain out.  I am very happy with the service & will surely use them again.  I feel like my money was very well spent."
