"The fire was located in the kitchen so there was smoke damage and fire damage to cabinets above the cooktop, where the fire originated. The house had the original cabinets installed in 1999. The cabinets were Aristokraft cabinets and custom sized and materials to align to the scheme of the house (oak hardwood cabinets). Initially Teasdale Fenton was working toward replacement since repair was nearly impossible since the cabinets and the styles were no longer produced or available. Teasdale Fenton then consulted with a 3rd party vendor Seam Clarke Clarke Company - This sub contractor installed IKEA cabinets with the original doors. After our unwillingness to pay for the work delivered Teasdale Fenton filed for a mechanics lean on our property. The message was take what you've been give and give us $12K. (again IKEA boxes with the stickers left from IKEA for $12K). Be very cautious doing business with Teasdale Fenton any entity."

Just like last time, he did an exceptional job. He arrived on time, moved my furniture, vacuumed the carpets, removed all the statins. My whole house looks like new again. "If you have to deal with management, I wish you luck because this has been a horrible experience. The tech forgot his pump spray bottle sitting on the hardwood in our foyer. The bottle had a slow leak and damaged the hardwood (see pics). This happened on December 15th, 2025 and still have no resolution. I have called, I have a 36 text message thread with Doug the owner and we have swapped 18 emails. He acknowledged they were at fault but has done nothing to repair the floor and it?s been 2 months. He will not return my phone calls, answer texts or emails and the cost of the repair was only $560. I highly recommend you find a more reputable company for your carpet cleaning needs."

"This is a father/son business and I liked the father, Elliott, when I spoke with him about the job on the phone. He called the morning of the appointment to say they may be a few minutes late. They spent a good 30 minutes covering up my wood floors and area rug before even starting. The son, Brian, spent 2 1/2 - 3 hours cleaning the sectional. This is an extremely large sectional that had never been cleaned, and I was amazed at how great it looked. I thoroughly enjoyed talking to Elliott, and he told me I would be getting their family photo Christmas card that he sends out to all of his customers. Yes - I really did get one! I love patronizing a local, family-owned business. Especially when they do a great job and are so friendly also. I would highly recommend them!!"
