"Called Beaver, they came the same day to give an estimate. This was for the back yard of my home. Got several estimates but they were the best price and time frame. Roger came in with a co-worker and had the plants and roots removed in great time. They cleaned up and did such a good job that I had them come back and give me another estimate to lay top soil and sod. Couldn't be more pleased. Price was right and my yard looks great. Please understand that he is not licensed bonded or insured if he presents you with an insurance policy please know that it is not up-to-date and it is expired. He is not by law able to be reimbursed by any legitimate insurance company and should you choose to use his services you risk losing your homeowners insurance and face denial of any claims related to any injuries or damages that takes place on your property. The tags on his vehicles are expired. There are no safety features working on his vehicles. This is a scam. We have pleaded with him to operate legally to spare the public from any liability and harm he continues to operate illegally. We have reported his activities and we humbly ask that you do the same. His vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run on the way from a job site because it was overloaded with weight and did not have Any registration or lights working. This is not a matter of reputation but of safety."

"This was my first HomeAdvisor experience. I didn't even know it was HomeAdvisor because I typed into the address bar "Tree Trimming near me" and it came up with a whole different site. We just needed a large branch removed that endangered our sewing shed. Southern Environmental Group did just what we wanted, without insisting on doing every tree on the lot [as one company wanted] , yet included a trim off the power line. And because it was a small job, they did it within a week. They even cut the branch into burnable chunks for our firepit! One company didn't even have a bucket lift, nor experience but quoted 3x the price! I looked at their website and tree trimming wasn't even mentioned! "Rowland & Son responded very quickly to me. They came out the next day and gave me a quote. It was reasonably priced for the work needed. They were very careful with the job, not making a mess and having trees, dirt and debris land in my pool. Because a stump grinder would not fit into the lanai, they had to get the palm tree root ball out by hand. It was very hard work! They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them for your tree/stump removal needs!"
