"I wanted to post a good word about AG, specifically their supervisor Al. I was reluctant to use any lawn company based on some dealings with some very shady people. However, I have really bad seasonal fungus and was unable to control this myself. I have been using AG for a couple years. Recently Al showed up at my home. Frankly, I have no idea why he was here. I never complained about anything or escalated any issues. I suspect either AG proactively does this as routine customer service or the tech escalated a particularly bad fungus outbreak to him. Either way this reflects very good on the AG leadership. We discussed my issue. Al was very knowledgeable, professional and has a wonderful personality. He addressed my concern and I am very pleased how this whole situation was handled. Anyone reading this who has a lawn service must ask if they received similar proactive customer service. "about three years ago, I hired critter control to get rid of a rat infestation with the home that we had just purchased. Although it took several months because there were many rats, they were successful in removing or killing all the rats on the premesis and sealing off the house to prevent the rats from coming back. I was very happy with their work. From that point forward, I have hired them to do my quarterly pest control as well as manage rat boxes on the property. "Would highly recommend Ray and his crew to do most any kind of tree trimming. We had a very tall tree leaning slightly towards our home. They were able cut the tree down to a level that would keep our home safe. These trees belong to the neighbor behind us and he never takes care of these trees at all. I thank Ray and the crew for trimming the tall tree and a few others way back away from our fence. Ray is very knowledgeable on the different kind of trees and is a real tree climber.
